Basic Member Requirements
All Irish companies must possess a minimum of 2 Directors and 1 Secretary. If a company falls short of this requirement, CODDAN may provide the solution. We can provide corporate nominees for new or existing Irish companies.

Appointment of a "Resident Director"
Each Irish company must have at least 1 Resident Director, who is residing in the Republic of Ireland for more than 183 days out of the year. However, if you are unable to appoint a Director who normally lives in Ireland, CODDAN is able to offer you a solution: a non-resident Directors bond may be provided upon request. This bond is renewable every 2 years, and it eliminates the need for a Resident Director.
A bond can be issued within 4 days, which makes your Irish company one step closer to being ready for business.
